The Connections card fills straight away again

Fixed

• The Connections card was empty after a restart until you visited the Connections page. The
  dashboard asks for its cards as the grid lays out, which is before the router connection has
  finished opening, and that request was being dropped silently with nothing to ask again. Every
  card fed by the connection table was affected: Connection Flow, Top Countries, Top Ports and the
  Connections Map. It now fills within a few seconds of the dashboard loading.

  Anything that dropped and restored the connection used to fix it, which is why it looked like the
  card "eventually recovered".

Internal

• docs/port-history/ARCHITECTURE-NEXT.md re-measured against the Go tree: of the three changes
  proposed before the port, one shipped with it, one is half done, and one is still open. The
  numbers behind each are now the current ones rather than the JavaScript app's.
