podLabels value to add custom labels to Scalr Agent pods.

BREAKING: Reject multiple replicas when the chart creates a shared ReadWriteOncePod
claim for data or cache. Use at most one replica, switch to per-pod storage,
or use ReadWriteMany with a compatible storage class.

BREAKING: Remove support for the top-level persistence.enabled and
persistence.persistentVolumeClaim.* keys, deprecated in v0.6.1. If legacy
persistence.enabled is true or a legacy claimName is set, move these settings under
persistence.cache before upgrading. Migrating a chart-created cache replaces its PVC
with an empty claim; back up any cache data you need. Unused legacy settings are ignored.

BREAKING: Reject SCALR_AGENT_CACHE_DIR, SCALR_AGENT_WORKER_DRAIN_TIMEOUT,
SCALR_AGENT_TLS_CERT_FILE, and SCALR_AGENT_TLS_KEY_FILE in extraEnv to prevent duplicate
chart-controlled variables. Use agent.cacheDir, agent.shutdownMode with terminationGracePeriodSeconds, and
agent.tls.* instead.
