External Display Rotation & Layout Editor Upgrades

This version refactors the ROM list, adds rotation for the external display, and introduces new layout editing features for fine-grained control.

ROM List & External Display Improvements

• Total play time is now shown in the ROM config screen.
• The option to “Show ROM filename” has been removed, filenames are now always displayed as subtitles under ROM titles.
• Added option to rotate the external display to the left, useful for vertical/portrait mounting of displays.
• Achievements are no longer shown on the external display while browsing ROMs.

Layout Editor Enhancements

• New Aspect Ratio Options per screen:
  • Choose between 4:3, 16:9, or Unrestricted
  • Aspect ratio is preserved when resizing screen components
• Split the "Center Screen" button into two:
  • Center Horizontally
  • Center Vertically
• UI updated for clarity in aspect ratio and positioning controls

Tested successfully on the Ayaneo Pocket DS and Ayaneo Pocket ACE with Retroid Dual Screen Add-on.

This release improves both visual customization and display flexibility, especially for users on external monitors and dual-screen handhelds.
