🐛 Fixes

IMDb-only series returned no results. Series added by IMDb ID (no TVDB ID) could come back empty - most visibly with Strict ID Matching on because the addon resolved the TVDB ID via a fuzzy title search that can't find a show by its IMDb ID. It now uses TVDB's dedicated remote-ID lookup, so the TVDB ID resolves correctly and ID-based series searches return results.
Couldn't set a min size with unlimited max. Saving a minimum result size while max size was 0 (unlimited) failed with a "min can't be larger than max" error. A max of 0 now correctly means "no cap," so any minimum is allowed.

Indexer domain change handled automatically. One of the preset indexers moved to a new domain. Its preset is updated, and any existing configuration pointing at the old domain is rewritten to the new one on restart (your account/API key is unchanged) - no action needed.

No action needed - just update and restart.
