Transparency Support

You can now tweak the transparency of the notifications, allowing you to see through them.
Do note that any values under max opacity will not have a blur effect.

Installation

• Extract The ZIP Into A Permanent Location (Not Your Downloads Folder)
• Run TopNotify.exe
• Double Click The "Purple Up Arrow" In The Windows System Tray To Open The Settings Window
