默认使用「安全替换方案」，解决 MacType 2025最新版本在 Win11 上诸多地方容易乱码的问题。
Changed "FontSubstitutes" to 1 as default, resolving a problem where Mojibake occurs frequently on Windows 11 with MacType 2025 version.
