Added Token Laser Links, a new visual-only token-linking effect for selected scene tokens.
Token Laser Links can draw lasers, beams, arcs, and moving energy-flow effects between tokens. It supports source-to-target links or full token networks, configurable colour, width, glow, pulse, render layer, duration, and animated motion packets.
This effect is client-side only and does not update Token documents.

Notes
- Works from the FX Bus GM control panel.
- Supports selected Foundry tokens via the native Token selection layer.
- Laser, Beam, and Arc styles are available.
- Network mode links every selected token to every other selected token.
- Split layer mode can render beam bodies below tokens while keeping highlights above.
- Reset performs hard cleanup for desynchronised or orphaned laser graphics.
- Copy-to-Macro uses an authoritative GM-side toggle to avoid late-join state inversion.
