Docker enh (!): Cleanup container start behavior for dry runs
Cleaned up the container's start behavior and made it more intuitive with regards to when a runs is performed and if that run is a dry or hot run. For the full changes, refer to the linked pull request.
enh(!): Set asset visibility for all assets in albums when --update-album-props-mode is set
Previously, supplying the --visibility option would only set visibility for assets that were newly added to albums during a run.
The new behavior sets the visibility for all assets in an identified album (not only the newly added ones) if --update-album-props-mode is set to 1 or 2 as well.

chore: Support new search/metadata search filters and cursor-based pagination
Added support for the new search/metadata API SearchFilter and cursor-based pagination (refer to immich-app/immich#30179).
The legacy method is still used by default unless it throws a BadRequestException (HTTP 400) which indicates that the deprecated legacy-fields have finally been removed.
The reason for favoring the legacy fields over the new fields is the possibility of parallelizing asset requests due to simple page numbers instead of unpredictable cursors.
A deprecation warning is printed when specifying the --threads argument explicitly.
