CC Switch CLI v5.11.3

This patch release restores compatibility with database schemas 21 and 22 for local startup and WebDAV sync.

Fixed

• Database / Compatibility: Support database schemas 21 and 22, fixing startup failures when opening a database created by a newer CC Switch desktop version. Align the migration steps and MCP/Skills fields with the shared schema, preserving existing data and application enablement flags through upgrades, edits, and WebDAV sync. Includes #528, fixing #526.

Upgrade notes

• If startup reports database version 21 or 22 as unsupported, update to v5.11.3. The existing pre-migration backup runs before upgrading older databases; databases newer than schema 22 are still rejected.
• This release adds database compatibility, not CLI management for Antigravity or Kimi Code. After migration to schema 22, older CLI versions cannot open the upgraded database.
• Run cc-switch update, or use brew upgrade cc-switch-cli for Homebrew installations once the formula is updated.
