✨ Added :

• Linux support for Restart in Developer Mode using /bin/sh.
• Native Linux restart scripts for normal and Developer Mode restarts.
• Platform-specific restart handling for Windows and Linux.
• Added the Always restart the current Steam session in Developer Mode option.
• Added descriptions below all settings options.
• Added the new setting and descriptions to all 30 supported languages.

🛠️ Changed :

• Restart Steam now preserves the current Steam launch mode on Windows and Linux.
• When Steam is launched with the -dev argument, Restart Steam relaunches it with -dev.
• When Steam is launched without -dev, Restart Steam performs a normal restart.
• When Always restart the current Steam session in Developer Mode is enabled, Restart Steam always relaunches Steam with -dev.
• Restart in Developer Mode remains available as a separate action.
