Changes from Beta 1.1:

CSV Scrobbler:

• Add 1 second to timestamp to be able to scrobble duplicate scrobbles
• Disable scrobbling of tracks older than 14 days
• Try different formats when parsing timestamp (some probably still wont work, a way to add custom formats will come!)

Friend Scrobbler:

• Disable scrobbling of tracks older than 14 days

Manual Scrobbler:

• Disable scrobbling of tracks older than 14 days
