BREAKING CHANGES

• styles: The HTML structure of the Rating Indicator has been completely replaced. The old input[type=radio] + label markup is no longer supported.

Consumers must:

1. Replace input/label elements with the ul > li > span structure
2. Move ARIA state to role="slider" attributes on __container and update them via JavaScript
3. Use --selected / --unselected modifier classes on icon spans instead of :checked state
