A lot of small improvements.
- Updated the icon of the "write highlights to file" toggle icon in the PDF toolbar.
- The write-file toggle icon is now shown regardless of if PDF editing is allowed. When it's not allowed, the icon is shown in a faint color and can be clicked to open the PDF editing option in the plugin setting tab.
- The write-file toggle, color palette items, and the rectangular selection button in the PDF toolbar, and the auto-copy/focus/paste icons in the left ribbon menu now can be right-clicked to open a "Customize..." context menu.
- Improved the lifecycle management of the rectangular selection tool.
- The rectangular selection tool will no longer copy a link when the selection is empty.
- The PDF++ dropdown menus in the PDF toolbar will be closed when clicking the corresponding icon again.
