New feature: copy PDF outline as markdown
- You can copy a PDF outline (a.k.a. table of contents) as a markdown list of markdown headings using the new commands "Copy outline as markdown list" & "Copy outline as markdown headings".
- Of course, you can specify the format of copied markdown with the powerful templating system.
Improvements
Now the page composer commands, especially "Remove this page", "Extract this page", and "Divide this PDF into two files at the page", properly update the outline as well.
