• When adding a highlight annotation directly into a PDF file, multi-line highlights are now properly grouped and treated as a single annotation as a whole.
• Now, each highlight color is also available as CSS variables, e.g. --pdf-plus-yellow-rgb (#27).
• Fixed the link template variable lacking a subpath (#30).
