PR #76 (@ynaamane): Add claude-opus-4-7 to model context window mapping. Opus 4.7 now correctly detected as 1M context. Includes tests for exact + prefix-matched model IDs.
PR #75 (@bslinger): Pass Claude PID into detached guard instead of guessing parent PID. Fixes a bug where the guard daemon could SIGTERM the wrong process (including systemd/launchd) on reload after daemonization reparents the guard. Removes the dangerous PPID fallback.

python3 -m pip fallback in hook upgrade chain (schema v5): Users who install via macOS system Python (/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/...) often have neither uv nor standalone pip on PATH — only python3 -m pip works. The hook's upgrade chain now tries all three: uv pip install → pip install → python3 -m pip install. Schema bump ensures existing 1.8.0 installs auto-refresh their hooks.
