Fixes hook drift between plugin/hooks.json and init.py — both now have identical behavior.
Restored: Behavioral digest re-injection on PostCompact. After compaction, cozempic digest inject re-syncs your correction rules to Claude Code's memory system so Claude follows them immediately in the new context.
Synced: All 11 hook features now at parity across plugin and CLI install paths.
