Bug fix: When the guard killed and resumed Claude, the --dangerously-skip-permissions flag was lost. Users suddenly got permission prompts on every tool call after a reload.
Now Cozempic detects the flag from the running process (ps -p <pid> -o args=) and includes it in the resume command. Applied to all three resume paths (guard reload, watcher, and CLI reload).
