Agent-aware reload

• 55% hard prune defers reload when agents are actively running (won't kill in-flight work)
• 80% emergency forces reload regardless (compaction is imminent)
• 25% soft reload deferred when agents active

Same-terminal resume

• tmux: send-keys "/exit" → wait → send-keys "claude --resume" (same pane)
• screen: same via screen -X stuff
• macOS: osascript keystrokes to frontmost terminal
• cozempic reload auto-sends /exit — zero manual typing

4-tier pruning system

• 25% gentle + reload, 55% standard + reload, 80% aggressive + reload
• All tiers reload when safe (pruning without reload has no immediate API effect)
