Cozempic is now available as a native Claude Code plugin. Test with claude --plugin-dir ./plugin.

5 Skills:

• /cozempic:diagnose — Analyze session bloat, token count, context % (auto-invocable by Claude)
• /cozempic:treat [rx] — Prune session with gentle/standard/aggressive
• /cozempic:reload [rx] — Treat + auto-resume in new terminal

• SessionStart → guard daemon

MCP Server (FastMCP):
Claude can auto-invoke diagnose_current, estimate_tokens, list_sessions, treat_session, and list_strategies when it detects context pressure — no slash command needed.

Bug Fixes

• SSH session detection — skips auto-resume watcher over SSH, fixes find_claude_pid() returning SSH shell PID
• MCP server strategy registration fix
