- Merged tasks stay open until the required post-merge evidence is approved. Recovery and finalization now wait for that approval.
- Failed pre-merge reviews that finish without a verdict are re-run. The earlier review evidence and open findings are kept.
- Interrupted review evidence is recovered without stranding approved tasks. Retries after a review with no verdict no longer reopen finished checklist work.
- When no planner agent is available, held planning no longer re-runs every few seconds. It backs off from 15s, doubling up to 5min, and logs each distinct hold reason once.
- Task checkouts now recover from stale reservations instead of repeating failed review attempts.
- Automatic cleanup now keeps active pre-release review worktrees.
- Custom workflows now apply the blocking severity set for each review lane.
- On the CLI, retrying a failed review task that was paused by a deadlock returns it to its runnable lane. Progress is kept.
- Completion history is kept when tasks move in legacy-compatible ways.
- When Antigravity status polling is disabled, it no longer starts the optional CLI.
- Built-in skill guide commands return control promptly and reliably under load, including for rejected or unknown guide requests.
