Highlights
- Executing agents can no longer create tasks; out-of-scope findings become recommendations
- Startup crash fixed: Fusion no longer rejects the database it just migrated
- Auto-merge that runs before a Code Review gate now defers instead of failing the task
- Board cards open task detail on click again, and empty card areas pan the board
- OrcaRouter joins the provider list with a startup model-catalog sync
Breaking
- Agents running a task can no longer create or delegate new tasks. Out-of-scope findings now come back as completion recommendations instead of self-spawned work.
New
- OrcaRouter is available as a named model provider, with its model catalog synced at startup and surfaced in the auth catalog, onboarding quick start, provider icons, and settings.
- Quick Chat pop-outs let you keep several conversations open in independent windows, each with its own session preferences.
- Chat has contextual Find: Ctrl/Cmd+F searches the active conversation list or transcript.
- Titled AI thinking traces expand and collapse independently across dashboard transcripts.
- Automated review revisions now converge on a verdict while preserving the full review history, including disputed findings and arbitration.
- Managed deployments can suppress in-app updates via FUSION_UPDATES_EXTERNALLY_MANAGED, and the updater explains when an npm install path is unsupported.
Fixed
- Fusion no longer crashes on startup by rejecting a database it had just migrated itself.
- A task no longer fails permanently when auto-merge runs before its Code Review gate; the merge defers and in-review cards stay out of the merge queue until every enabled pre-merge gate has a result.
- Clicking a Board task card opens task detail again; panning starts only once horizontal intent is clear, and card bodies pan the Board on desktop and tablet while moves stay in the Move to menu.
- Workflow steps run by ACP agents (Hermes, Prime, Grok) no longer crash before producing a verdict; ACP sessions now stream events to subscribers as well as callbacks.
- Planning no longer loops on missed plan-save confirmations; the prompt write is verified with a read-back.
- Renamed board columns are respected: task moves land on their real workflow lanes, and late workspace repository acquisition is refused based on the task's selected workflow.
- Workspace auto-merge works for linked task worktrees, stale workspace changes get re-reviewed before landing, and repositories without a remote can land locally.
- Workspace tasks now run inside one scoped directory with sandbox delegation and clearer merge-door gates.
- AI merge no longer blocks on its own review protocol markers.
- Direct chat headers show provider-reported session context usage.
- Task reset safely fences active planning sessions, releasing held locks while keeping operator input.
- Task concurrency settings and the capacity actually enforced now agree.
- Self-healing stops retrying no-progress tasks forever; retries use a persisted budget with backoff before parking for an operator.
- Impossible auto-archives stop retrying and surface the abandoned archive on the task.
- Tailscale remote access in the Docker image no longer dies with "process exited 1": the daemon starts in userspace mode when opted in with --tailscale or FUSION_TAILSCALE=1, login state persists across container recreates, and an unreachable or logged-out backend reports an actionable reason.
Internal
- The bundled dependency-graph plugin tracks the current dashboard task card and scoped-storage APIs.
