Fixed
- Every AI lane now routes through runtime resolution, so a CLI-runtime model selection (for example Cursor CLI) works anywhere chat does. Mission planning and milestone/slice interviews previously errored out with a model-registry lookup failure.
- Planning Mode stays on the current session after a stale response refresh, instead of jumping away when a duplicate response, accepted stream error, or loading poll arrives late.
- Planning Mode preserves answers you have already typed while a session hydrates late, binding the visible question to the live planning turn.
- The Create Room member picker no longer shows stale or misleading member state while agent data loads; loading, empty, and failed states are now distinct.
- Plan New Mission moved from the footer to the top of the mission list and is slightly taller; the duplicate empty-state button is gone.
