- Approving a plan in the dashboard hands off to the engine so graph-owned Plan Review work is seeded and continues without a manual nudge.
- Review feedback selection is restored for same-task revisions: workflow review items are resolved canonically, so client-supplied feedback can no longer reach snapshots or steering unchecked.
- Chat checkpoints survive tool output containing NUL characters instead of failing to persist; checkpoint failures are now observed as best-effort rather than breaking the chat.
