The solution removes the black bars from the game's real-time cutscenes in ultrawide and wider.

1. Download the archive below.
2. Unpack its contents to the bin folder inside the game directory.
3. Add -eac_launcher as a game launch option to disable its anti-cheat (at the cost of online functionality).

Note that the game also contains pre-rendered cutscenes that will keep their black bars.

Tested on the latest Steam version at 2560x1080, 3840x1080, 5120x1440, and 5760x1080.
