The solution corrects the field of view of the real-time cutscenes to vertically match it to 4:3 in 16:9 and wider.
- Download the mod archive below.
- Unpack the files to the main game folder.
To uninstall the mod, simply remove or move the files.
Tested on the latest GOG version primarily at 1920x1080, 2560x1080, 3840x1080, and 5120x1440.
