The solutions remove the black bars in anything other than 16:9 and fully unlock the FPS from 30.

Instructions:

1. Download the latest version of one or both of the two archive options below.
2. Unpack to \SHProto\Binaries\Win64\ inside the game folder.

To uninstall the fixes, simply remove or move the files.

Tested on the latest Steam version at 1920x1200, 2560x1080, 3840x1080, and 5760x1080.
Additionally confirmed as working by Harley and Mechanical Paladin (who also contributed the thumbnail screenshot).
