The solution removes the top and bottom bars from the cutscenes at 16:9 and narrower resolutions.
- Download the archive corresponding to your game version below and unpack it.
- Launch the game, followed by the tool.
- Press the key as instructed to toggle the fix on and off in real time.
Tested on the latest Microsoft Store version primarily at 1600x900, 1920x1080 and narrower resolutions.
