This alpha prepares the desktop app for Rocket.Chat 9.0. On 9.x servers, the app reads the badge, the login state, the server info and the Outlook credentials from the web client through the desktop bridge. It no longer reads internal modules of the web client. Servers on 8.x and older keep the current integration.

- Store IPC listeners no longer grow, and the app does not send to destroyed renderers (#3611)
- The tray status stays in sync after the server refuses a status change (#3612)
- The legacy setup loop in the workspace stops when its work is done (#3613)
