🐛 Fixes
- Windows: the app no longer exits at startup when settings cannot be saved atomically. On roaming profiles with folder redirection,
%APPDATA%can resolve to a network share where the safe-save rename of the settings file fails. The app previously closed before showing a window. It now falls back to a direct write so settings keep saving, starts with default settings for the session if the file still cannot be opened, and shows an error dialog with the log location if startup fails for any other reason.
