Added

• Roborock P30 Pro support — The P30 Pro (roborock.vacuum.a306) and dock type 49 are now recognized (#193).
• Opt-in reachability — New options enableReachability (default false) and reachabilityDelaySeconds (default 600, minimum 120) mark a silent robot as unreachable in Matter and restore it as soon as it answers (#193).
• New mode names — MopWaterFlow Min, Max, Extreme and SmartWater, MopRoute DeepPlusCn and a WaterSlideCode enum now resolve from the config instead of falling back to Medium or Standard (#193).

Changed

• User agreement version at login — Login reads the latest agreement version from the API and falls back to 14/0 on any failure; login codes 3006 and 3009 give readable errors (#193).
• Water slide codes — Codes 225, 235 and 245 are read as Low, Medium and High; nothing sent to the robot changes (#193).
• CI Node versions — The tested Node versions now match Matterbridge (22, 24, 26) (#195).
• Docs — Added pull request and commit message templates (#194).

Fixed

• Off-peak charging state — IsNotCharging is reported while off-peak charging is waiting (#193).
• Service Area progress — A repeated SelectAreas with the same rooms during a clean, and an Idle status within 30 s of Start, no longer reset the progress (#193).
