Maintenance release with minor updates and bug fixes.
Change highlights:
C-Lightning
- CPFP for channels pending open to bump up the pending transactions
- Routing peers view available for routing history
- Exact fee rate entry (in Sats/vB) for channel opening transactions
- Option to force close channels in pending statuses
LND
- Removed the unusable fee estimate feature from circular rebalancing
- Searchable channel peers on circular rebalancing
- Searchable channel peers on outgoing channel selection for payments
- Close channel response made asynchronous
