Support for the macOS 27.3 beta Photos library schema, iPhoto libraries in sync --export, and a new example script to recover person names after migrating a library.

• sync --export can now export metadata from an iPhoto library when --db points to one (#2298).
• Added examples/recover_person_names.py, which copies the person names from a source Photos or iPhoto library to the matching photos in the current Photos library as keywords and/or captions, for libraries that lost their person names during a migration. Run it with osxphotos run recover_person_names.py --help.

• Fixed opening macOS 27.3 (beta) Photos libraries failing with no such table: Z_34ASSETS: macOS 27.3 renumbered the album, keyword and share participant tables (#2297, thanks @rknightion).
