🐛 Hata Duzeltmeleri

• Telegram bildirimlerinde WAN IP adresi artik her bildirimde canli olarak okunuyor
  • Onceki davranis: Bot baslatildiktan sonra IP degisse bile eski IP gosteriliyordu
  • Yeni davranис: IP degisimi (yeniden baglanti, WAN sureli kapatma/acma vb.) aninda yansitiliyor

• Statik IP kullananlar bu duzeltmeden etkilenmez
• Dinamik IP (DHCP/PPPoE) kullananlar icin gecerlidir

Release Type: Fix
Focus: Fixed WAN IP address not updating dynamically in Telegram notifications

🐛 Bug Fixes

• WAN IP address in Telegram notifications is now read live on every notification
  • Previous behavior: IP shown was cached at bot startup and never updated even if IP changed
  • New behavior: IP changes (reconnection, timed WAN shutdown/restore, etc.) are reflected immediately

⚙️ Notes

• Users with static IP are not affected by this fix
• Relevant for dynamic IP (DHCP/PPPoE) users
