Added a cleanup option for local backups to prevent storage bloat:

"Clear Backups" removes old /keenetic_zapret_otomasyon_ipv6_ipset.sh.bak* files

Added a cleanup option for Blockcheck results in Blockcheck menu (B):

"Clear Test Results" removes blockcheck_*.txt files

Improvements:

TR/EN dictionary-aligned menu texts display correctly

Maintenance:

Periodic cleanup is now one-click from the menus
