Bomberman Hero: Recompiled (v0.6.5) (stable beta)

Changes:

• Reworked how interpolation is handled in the patches due to an issue with how the game sent the display lists to the renderer which prevented the recomp from actually rendering at very high FPS.

Known Issues:

• The goal arrows workaround had to be rolled back due to the fix. The correct fix will be determined at a later point.
