RetroBat version 8.3.1.
This is a minor bugfix update for version 8.3.0, it fixes the broken padtokey creation and the chihiro bios issue.
Click on RetroBat-v8.3.1-stable-win64-setup.exe in the assets section below to download the setup program, then run it to start a new installation of RetroBat.
The default RetroBat installation is provided only with RetroArch bundled, other emulators (with the exception of Switch, Teknoparrot and paid Emulators) will be automatically downloaded when launching a game that uses them.

- Bump libretro-prboom and merge roms folder in roms\doom for all doom engines (uzdoom, gzdoom and prboom)
- Removed n64recomplauncher (and n64recomp folder) and moved to use QuiverLauncher and roms\recomp folder

- CHIHIRO: add missing .bin extension
- CHIHIRO: fix BIOS check
- EMULATIONSTATION: fix padtokeyboard keyboard layout
- EMULATIONSTATION: fix some screen moving issues on some emulators
