This is both a bugfix release for v8, as well as a minor update with new emulators.
Click on RetroBat-v8.1.0-stable-win64-setup.exe in the assets section below to download the setup program, then run it to start a new installation of RetroBat.
The default RetroBat installation is provided only with RetroArch bundled, other emulators (with the exception of Switch, Teknoparrot and paid Emulators) will be automatically downloaded when launching a game that uses them.
