• Heartbeat — the listener now posts to /fppHeartbeat every 30s independent of show state, so the Remote Falcon dashboard can render plugin liveness and outage windows. First tick fires immediately on startup so the "alive" signal lands without waiting the full interval.

Upgrade notes

• Safe to install against any current backend. The /fppHeartbeat endpoint already exists on production plugins-api and silently 204s, so heartbeats from this release are harmless until the corresponding dashboard work ships.
• FPP devices on plugin versions ≥ 5.0 track master and will see this update automatically via the plugin manager's "Check for Updates" flow.
