Improvements

• The message informing the user to run the application as administrator can now be localized.
• Mod updates are now checked in parallel to launcher updates during startup, in hopes of reducing time to receive them at startup.
• Added support for 7z Archives for both Mod Updates and Downloads.
• Added support for "R2", Reloaded II protocol for downloading mods from 3rd party sites.
• Add support for 1-Click Downloads on GameBanana (currently disabled on site)
• Add support for receiving updates from GameBanana.
• Add "N/A" label for mod updates from sources where the size of download cannot be determined.
• Added support for downloading files using the R2: protocol from web links.

Fixes

• Errors during startup/mod loader initialisation should now get present a Message Box to the screen, previously an oversight was preventing this being the case in some scenarios.
