• @eslint-react/jsx: resolveAttributeValue now handles a parser-tolerated JSXFragment in attribute value position (ex: <a href=<></> />), reporting it as kind "element" instead of falling through to undefined; as a result, react-dom/no-missing-iframe-sandbox now reports <iframe sandbox=<></> /> instead of silently skipping it. (#2048)
