react-web-api/no-leaked-event-listener: a cleanup returned through a conditional expression (ex: return cond ? () => window.removeEventListener(...) : null) is now recognized, so such listeners are no longer reported. (#2038)
react-web-api/no-leaked-fetch: an effect setup wrapped in a type expression (ex: useEffect((() => { fetch(...) }) as any, [])) is now recognized, so the fetch inside is checked. (#2038)
