Fixes #240: the PV production readout in the scrub tooltip and the graph-dashboard mini-card could show a ~1000x value (e.g. 637 kW instead of 637 W) when scrubbing past the last 6 hours, on installs with a cumulative-energy PV sensor (most visible on sparse meters reporting ~1 sample / 15 min). The long-term-statistics fallback now differentiates the cumulative meter reading into average power for energy sensors, the same way the raw-history path already did. Daily kWh totals and power-sensor installs are unaffected.
