Dashboard polish round 7. Back-to-live button trims to "Live" and only shows on touch screens. Irradiance reference circle gets a primary-text-color outer outline matching the data-ring borders. Hover dots (radial + timeline) switch to a primary-text-color stroke for consistent delimitation. Hour digits inside the dial annulus stay vertically centred in panel-view via a grid centring recipe shared with the SVG. Refs #209.
