Full i18n coverage for the dashboard radial labels + loading banner

305 strings added (5 keys × 61 locales). Every locale now ships proper translations for radialProductionLabel, radialBatteryLabel, radialCloudLabel, radialIrradianceLabel, loadingLabel instead of falling back to English. Plus a one-line fix on fr.ts where radialCloudLabel was still 'Cloud' (now 'Nuages').

Coverage

All 63 locales now contain all 5 keys. No more English fallback leaks on any HA UI language.

Translation strategy

• Cloud , local word for clouds / cloud cover everywhere (Wolken / Nubes / Σύννεφα / 雲 / Облаци / 구름...), never a transliteration of 'Cloud'.
  
• Irradiance , standard scientific noun where one exists as a borrowing (Irradiancia ES, Irradianza IT, Einstrahlung DE, Solinstrålning SV, Nasłonecznienie PL, Innstråling NB/NN/NO, Pelydriad CY, Besugárzás HU, Säteily FI, Işınım TR, 日射量 JA, 일사량 KO, 辐照度/輻照度 ZH...). For languages with no concise single-word borrowing (AR/BN/FA/EL/BG/HI/ML/TA/TE/UR/SI/VI/TH/RU/UK), descriptive 'solar radiation' phrase that reads naturally on a compact badge.
  
• loadingLabel , each language's natural 'fetching data, please wait' phrasing.
  
• Production + Battery , conventional translations everywhere.
