Adjustments

• CAMERA_PITCH_MAX_DEG raised from 60 to 75. Beta.15's clamp at MapLibre's default 60 was too restrictive, the user could not lift the camera enough.
• Timeline predicted (forecast) curve stroke-width reduced from 1.8 to 1 px so the dashed forecast line reads as background context rather than competing with the solid observed curve.
