Fix

• CAMERA_PITCH_MAX_DEG lowered from 85 to 60 (MapLibre default). At 85 the camera was nearly horizontal and the home read as ground-level rather than a focal 3D model. The constant lives in src/engine/camera-bounds.ts (added in beta.14), so this is a one-line change that propagates to the MapLibre constructor, the drag-rotate handler, setCameraPitch and _initialPitch.
