Pre-release for testing the battery-sign fix (#387).
Fixed: an inverted battery power sensor no longer reads backwards
2026.9.1's automatic battery-sign correction could fight a battery whose power sensor you had already set to "Inverted" in the Home Assistant Energy dashboard: it re-flipped the already-correct reading, so the battery ran backwards and the live home-consumption chip was inflated. The correction now judges the sign the card actually shows (honoring your Energy dashboard's normal / inverted choice) rather than the raw sensor.
Testing (HACS pre-release)
Update to 2026.9.2-a0, then hard-refresh. If you had added battery-sign: inverted to the card YAML as a workaround, remove it now (it is no longer needed and would flip the chip's +/- back). Please check:
- the battery chip shows the right direction and color (charging vs discharging),
- the live home-consumption chip shows your real house load, not production + battery charging.
