Super Haxagon 3

The first real release since Jan 25, 2017.

Super Haxagon has been re-written from the ground up in C++. It includes many new features, listed below.

Features

  • Level Progression
  • Nintendo Switch support (Docked and Handheld)
  • Windows support
  • Linux support
  • 3DS OGG support for BGM
  • 3DS wide mode for supported models
  • Beat and effects track for BGM
  • Tilting effect
  • More balanced levels
  • Improvements to overall system stability
  • Other minor adjustments to enhance the user experience

Notes

Some levels have been edited since the last version to (hopefully) be more enjoyable. If you find levels way too easy or hard, please let me know. I've been the only one developing this and have no sense as to what's challenging or not.

Additionally, feel free to check out the level editor at Haxa-Editor. There's a wiki that documents how to use it. External levels are supported by dropping the levels.haxagon in the sdmc folder. They'll load on the home menu after (or, technically, also before) the builtin levels.

  • 3ds: "sdmc:/3ds/data/haxagon"
  • Switch: "sdmc:/switch/SuperHaxagon"
  • Windows/Linux: "./sdmc"
