Rectify11 v3 Release Preview
Known issues:
- It may get stuck at copying files after installing uxtheme patcher, in that case, just restart your pc manually
- The installer may look broken at high DPI although the msstyles itself isnt, so temporarily switch to 100% while installing the pack.
- The enhanced context menus also look broken at 150%+ DPI,
- Ribbon doesnt work normally on 22621 builds and newer 25xxx builds, although it still can be accessed by clicking up button in the control panel window
- The white line in the older task manager still remains
- Depending on the where your computer stores the recovery image, the recovery menu may or may not get Rectified
- If you run this on Windows 10, then icons will not be modified
- Please disable Windows Defender or any antivirus to prevent interference.
Some other instructions:
- Your computer must be connected to the internet in order for EP to download debug symbols, or start menu will not work
- You must install the 2 runtimes first, its given below with the installer, one is .net 6.0 desktop runtime, other is Visual C++ runtime.
- When the installer is patching files, DO NOT turn off your PC, it will make your PC unusable, it may appear stuck at imageres and shell32 and its fine, these 2 files actually take the longest to modify, so please be patient and let the installer do the thing.
